Want to do something special for your honey on Valentine’s Day? All Eight Upper Cumberland Wineries will be offering enticing dessert delights and wine parings throughout the week-end before Valentine’s Day. Beginning Friday, February 10th (10am to 6pm), through Saturday, February 11th (10am to 6pm) and Sunday, February 12th (12 noon to 5pm). Tickets for the Tennessee Chocolate Lovers Wine Trail are $30 dollars each; that includes a souvenir wine glass. Visit any or all the participating wineries and enter a drawing for an overnight stay at Saltbox Inn in Cookeville, a $60 gift certificate, or a Basket with a gift from each of the participating wineries. Transportation to each of the wineries is not included in the ticket price; the event will be held regardless of weather, therefore no refunds. You must be at least 21 years of age to participate in Wine Trail events.
How the Trail Works:
1. Start the event at any of the eight participating wineries. Please note – each winery’s tasting room policies remain in effect during Wine Trail events and are not included in the ticket price. Some wineries charge for wine tasting.
2. Pick up your souvenir wine glass at the first winery you visit.
3. Visit the wineries in any order you wish.
4. Take your ticket and wine glass with you to each stop.
5. Drop off your ticket at the last winery you visit to enter the drawing.
6. Have fun, but please enjoy this event responsibly.

Delmonaco Winery began 2006, and completed construction in 2008. A humble beginning four variety offering has since grown into almost thirty fine wines. Northfield Vineyards is a family owned winery tucked back in the hills of White County, Tennessee. The farm on which the winery and vineyard sits has been in the Ray family since 1904 and proudly grows not only grapes but hosts the stars of Northfield Vineyards, Burt and Rube. Two Percheron bred draft mules who are the inspiration for the wine label and fun around the farm.
